Plaid designs did not start out as one of those great fashion innovations. But, it slowly gained fame and popularity in the late ’90s — a fact that is widely known by all.

This might be the reason why the production crew of The Nanny in 1994 and those of Clueless in 1995 decided to go with the same movie outfit. This one would be quite easy to spot if one actually saw the two movies at the time of their release.

Imagine a stunning lady in a red dress with lace designs. Now, once this image registers itself in one’s mind, it will never be forgotten. Viewers that had the chance of watching Mad Men in 2013 and then Once Upon a Time in Hollywood in 2019 would probably agree with the assumption above.
